This is for guys.. what is your favorite hair color on a woman?? brown, blond, black, grey, red?

brown upstairs, shaved everywhere else. This is for guys.. what is your favorite hair color on a woman?? brown, blond, black, grey, red?
Hair colour doesn't really matter, although my ex was a red head but I like to think all red heads are not evil. This is for guys.. what is your favorite hair color on a woman?? brown, blond, black, grey, red?
LOL - put in the car section. Ok, I like blonde, light skinned look the best. But that doesn't mean I don't like brown too. Most important, though is that the hair needs to go with the over all look of the girl - blonde hair and black eyebrows doesn't look good at all. You can e-mail me at boogie2510 on yahoo if you want more info
I like a Blonde in the front seat of my CAR, a brunette in the back of my CAR, and a red head on my lap in my CAR!

They granny grey can go in the trunk of my CAR.

Great question , bad execution!

Good Luck!
Those subs are only 300 watts RMS and won't handle that much power. You'd be better off with a mono 600 watt RMS @ 4 ohm amp (since those are 4 ohm DVC subs).

Question for white guys: What attracts us white guys to a black woman's natural hair?

I ask this, because of a discussion I had the other day. My girlfriend (whom I recently started dating) is black. She asked me what about her I found attractive. I told her that it was the whole package (her face, eyes, her body, personality and laugh). I also told her that I was attracted to her hair. She has these semi-loose (but still somewhat kinky) curls that flow down the back of her neck to just above her shoulders. Well, she started laughing and said that many white men complment her on her hair %26amp; that white men seem to appreciate black women's hair in it's natural state. She also said that the white guys she knew actually PREFERRED natural hair on a black girl over the relaxed, straight look. I was surprised by this, b/c (it seemed to me) white men tend to prefer long, straight hair. Well, I talked to a few friends of mine (that date black girls) and ALL of them said they prefer natural hair over the relaxed or permed hair. They said they found it attractive, and I had to agree with them. I just didn't realize that way of thinking was as prevalent as it is. One said they wished his gf would go natural, but she was hesitant. I asked them what attracted them to it, and one guy said that it shows the woman can be proud of who she is. Another said that natural hair conveys a natural beauty. He likes woman who can be attractive without too much makeup, and toying w/their hair too much. The last one said it was physically eye-catching and appealing. I had to agree w/him. I love the look of my gfs curls. They look so fluffy and soft (plus they feel soft). I love the frizziness about them too. Plus, there is nothing like running my fingers through her hair (especially when a nice lip lock is taking place ;D ). It drives me nuts too, when she puts it up in a pony tail and you can see each individual curly strand (like small corkscrews) hanging out. I just love that look (I also like the afro puff/bun look). I even like the braids. That's just what attracts me to it though. What about you other whites guys though? What attracts you to their hair? Is is true..Do most of us, really, prefer natural hair on a black girl?Question for white guys: What attracts us white guys to a black woman's natural hair?
i like extremely short hair on a blk woman, they wear it well.Question for white guys: What attracts us white guys to a black woman's natural hair?
Edit: That's true, loving your significant other will magnifiy things you like about them.

To Leroy K: Yeah, the big round Afro's 1 of those things that we either seem to like or hate. I'm not into really big hair myself. I don't like hair to distract from the beauty of a woman's face.

maybe its just that you love your women. everyone has diffrerent prefrances on hair. but i think if you love the person youll love them no matter what their hair is like
i find black women attractive but i do NOT like the natural frizzy afro look. I bet half white guys don't.
Just like anything else, it is ALL a matter of taste. Nothing more nothing less. It isnt for me, but may be for the next guy. Nothing wrong with it nothing good about it. Just a matter of what people like.

I dated one girl ho obsessed over my for arms. Another over my wrist. A friend of mine even dated a girl who was obsessed about elbows. Just a lot of tastes and impossible to say a group likes one thing over another.

What hair colour attracts you the most in a man or woman (in my case woman)? i would go for black.?

dark brown hair...specially if it's curly/wavyWhat hair colour attracts you the most in a man or woman (in my case woman)? i would go for black.?
I love dark auburn/chestnut hair.Must go back to childhood as my grandmother and a couple of loving aunts and uncles had hair like that. What hair colour attracts you the most in a man or woman (in my case woman)? i would go for black.?
It is not necessarily the hair colour that is important to me, however, ginger hair is a definate no no!!!
i prefer black hair in a man
I prefer guys with darker hair, unless of course he looks like Paul Walker!! :)
Black
black hair on woman
in my case,i like dark-brown n women.
Colour does not really matter-just keep it groomed well.
My boyfriend is bald. He's the third bald guy I've dated, so I'd have to say that's a bit of a trend for me. So... bald.
Most colours are ok but black has a real appeal as it usually goes with olive skin which is also attractive. Hair should always look good.......clean and neat.

Btw i think a salt and pepper look is cool on the right person too
my preference is dark hair. but i dont mind the other colors
I like dark brown or black on a man.

However, I wouldn't say no to a bit of ginger.
i am a woman and I LOVE black hair on men!
my b/f has wavy, sandy brown hair, I love it cut short and cute.
I am attracted to men with darker hair...dark brown or black.
I don't think the hair color matters much to me... I go on the looks and personality!!
In my case - men... I love black or dark brown hair.
I like whatever colour looks good on him/her.
clean and natural. it doesn't matter what color as long as it doesn't have roots showing and is clean and shiny.
A true blond...
I love dark hair. On men and women.
man...just plain brown is fine for me, if i really had to pick.

but hair color doesn't matter. it's more about HOW much/little hair for me...
Very definitely these days I go for women with black hair, a cheeky face and lovely dark gypsy eyes ... like the brown eyed girl in the Van Morrison song. I met one who'd fit such a description about a year and a half ago and I hope I have the pleasure of meeting her again sometime in 2007.
I would say dark hair too.
dark hair in a girl

I am a black woman with dry frizzy hair what is the best moisturizer for it?

I am a black woman with dry, corse, frizzy hair that is relaxed my perms have never broken down either with professional help or at home perms. After a couple days of using grease my hair becomes heavy and oily and attract dirt and with the hair moisturizer because they contain alot of warter which fizzes my hair can anyone provide me with something that would make my hair soft without making it to frizzy ps... i have tried the natural thing but it was too time consuming for me so i want to keep the perm.I am a black woman with dry frizzy hair what is the best moisturizer for it?
have you heard of wen haircare? i think it will solve your problem. it is just a one-step cleanser/conditioner that my african american friend SWEARS by. they have hair oil, also. check out wenhaircare.com, or it is also sold by qvc.com. best of luck!!I am a black woman with dry frizzy hair what is the best moisturizer for it?
well what i do some times is when my hairs still wet after washing it and combing it out i add hair lotion to it down to the tips put it in a ponytail and let it air dry. It works fine with my hair and my dad comes straight from africa too lol.
i have dry frizzy hair too my mom usually blow drys it and just flat irons it because sometimes that relaxer and perm destroys you're hair it did that to my hair too don't put too much grease just take a table spoon and let that stretch for ur hole head

  • FOR MEN ONLY: What color of eyes do you find attractive on a woman with black hair and golden/olive skin?

Yep, that's me with the black hair and golden-olive skin. I have naturally brown eyes and I was wondering, is it really worth it to get contacts to change the color of my eyes?

Let's say you saw a woman with black hair/olive skin/green eyes....would that be more attractive to you than a woman with black hair/olive skin/brown eyes?

I'm just not sure if I should shell out $500 for a pair of contacts. (Yes, I know there are cheaper ones out there, but these actually LOOK REAL up close)FOR MEN ONLY: What color of eyes do you find attractive on a woman with black hair and golden/olive skin?
Purple are good.FOR MEN ONLY: What color of eyes do you find attractive on a woman with black hair and golden/olive skin?
Heck no! What makes you think you need to change your eye color?? I was gonna say brown even before I read that yours were brown naturally. Leave them that way. If I saw a woman like you described with green eyes I would think she looked freaky. Just leave them brown and appreciate your natural beauty! Women with black hair and olive skin are beautiful to start with, especially with their brown eyes.
    wow you're really into yourself

don't be a waste of prettiness.

don't let superficiality define the beauty in you.
I like the green eyes idea but honestly there are many lovely colors.

Brown may not draw as much attention however.

    Good luck with your choice.
don't waste 500 bucks on contacts. keep the brown eyes
why are you goign to change ourself for a guy?

hes going to see your brown eyes eventually so why do that?
    brown eyes

I disagree with you! they are better with me than a ';BLONDE'; woman LOL!
With Lady Clairol anything is possible.
Variety is always better I agree
i like blond hair women more than dark hair i think its cause i have black hair i want something different
Unless you're asking this specifically of the Bisexuals and Transgenders - I think you posted this question in the wrong category.

Having said that, I'm darkhaired and I prefer brunettes (or blond men, unless they're mediterranean in appearance). So I wouldn't really agree with you.
It's hair color not coordinate prints!
you are gypsy,i will crush you
Ha! I'd disagree and say that hair colour has sweet f.a to do with attraction. I'm a brunette and i don't find blonde's more attractive, actually i don't really judge people on their hair, if i like them it's usually their personality that catches me.
    What's your point?
Hello:you are in the gay section.

I am a black woman who moved to the owings mills area, i have been trying to find a stylist for my hair?

can anyone help me find a very good salon, one that they understand what it means to schedule an appointment and not go there and wait for over 3 hours though you have app. just a good old salon.

thanksI am a black woman who moved to the owings mills area, i have been trying to find a stylist for my hair?
I understand. A lot of people don't but I understand. Every place is not the same and they will not do your hair right just anywhere.

When I lived in ft meade I went to a place there but that is way out of the way. I know a girl that works in a hair cuttery but I think she may have left. She did my hair for my wedding and it was great. In and out in an hour. I will update with where she works now.

In the mean time I am going to suggest to you what my mom told me to do when I moved. Go to Security Square mall. It is about 20 mins from Owings Mills and just walk around. If you see someone with a nice hair style and its not to hard or not too soft of a style ask them where they get it done. More than likely it was in the area. Even if all you get is a name you can look it up. I will let you know more as soon as I talk to a friend of mine.I am a black woman who moved to the owings mills area, i have been trying to find a stylist for my hair?
I am not familiar with your location. If its close to atlanta, ga I think you should come see me. I am a diverse stylist. My appointments always start on time. be well. take a peek at my website.
you can go into town...go to walmart, there is a hair stylist place there its cheep and will turn out unforgetful!!
You'll save a lot of money by doing your own hair. You'd be surprised by how many people that have extremely long hair do their own hair, including their own relaxers. If not, then good luck in your search.

Go natural girlie! The best decision I've ever made with my hair. Just chop all the perm off and let the natural flow. Trust me you will LOVE it. At first you will have a hard time getting used to it, but in the end you will never want another perm/weave ever again. Plus, you barely need a salon for natural hair. Sorry I'm not familiar with where your from so I'm really not much of a help on this question. :)
What ur hair stylist has to do with you being black or white?

Is it socially acceptable for a white woman to get her hair done at a black salon?

Why not? If it wasn't wouldn't that be racist? Personally, I like variety. People these days shouldn't be worried about which salon or anyplace that they can/cannot go to based on the skin tones of other pepole there. Is it socially acceptable for a white woman to get her hair done at a black salon?
If a person is a good stylist it is socially acceptable for anyone to get their hair done there. If someone says it is not I would examine their motives-seems silly to not be ';socially acceptable'; to get your hair done at a hair salon becasue of the proprietors race.Is it socially acceptable for a white woman to get her hair done at a black salon?
What about it makes it black? If they have a sign on the door saying ';we don't serve white people'; then its an illegal operation so no I wouldn't get my hair done there. however since that is probably not the case, there is no reason you can't get your hair done there
I've seen black people get their hair done at white salons so yes. Just as long as the beautician knows how to do their texture of hair it's perfectly acceptable.
why does it matter what is if it were green would it matter? most solans are brick anyway
i get my hair cut in a black barer shop but when i walk in people quit laughing at jokes
    many do.
    Yes

I am a black woman looking for a deep conditioning treatment, i want a good hair cholesterol, recommendations?

I use the product called OLIVE OIL. or you can use motions conditioner. You can make your own too.....eggs, olive or coconut oil and mayo.I am a black woman looking for a deep conditioning treatment, i want a good hair cholesterol, recommendations?
olive oil is the bestI am a black woman looking for a deep conditioning treatment, i want a good hair cholesterol, recommendations?
first of all cholesterol does not penetrate hair cuticles, but it really does a job on the heart!
I use a warm olive oil treatment and a plastic cap ( do this the nite before U shampoo). I saturate my hair not the scalp.

Since water +oil do not mix, apply shampoo directly to the hair (that's been saturated). Now run water on the hair and begin your shampoo. I switch up shampoos. I use a clarifying shampoo one week and a moisturizing shampoo the next. ALWAYS use a conditioner. (There are two types: Rinse out or leave in).

You can also do a heat cap treatment, which is what I do and I use the organic root stimulator mayo. It smells so good to me. I exercise daily and the sweat makes my hair smell sour so I shampoo weekly although black girls swear by every two weeks. Only you will know what works for you. Invest some time and try some products and learn about your own hair. Nobody should know more about your hair than you! My hair is soft, shiny, healthy and I have a little fall out which is normal for me. But it looks good and feels even better. Good luck!
    coconut oil
A wonderful product is Optimum. It helps prevent split ends and break points. It adds shine. And it gets rid of that frizz. There is a whole line. The shampoo is great you will see a difference after the first wash. The ultimate recover conditioner is also great says to leave on for 3-5 minutes, but I left it on overnight and wow. My hair was so soft and managable. Couldn't believe what a difference. Even my hair dresser noticed the new condition of my hair. Best wishes I believe if there is a CVS or Walgreen in your area you can find the products there. Very inexpensive and the best thing is if they don't work for you they can be returned for a refund. At least in our area.

I am a black woman and I do not know what products that I can use for my hair growing out of the relaxer.?

I have some natural hair that is growing and I am experiencing some breakage. I need help to find what products will be good for my hair.I am a black woman and I do not know what products that I can use for my hair growing out of the relaxer.?
You'll have to make the relaxed hair and the natural hair closer in texture to minimize stress at the line of demarcation (where the 2 textures meet). You can do this by blowdrying and/or pressing the natural growth or you can make the relaxed hair curly or wavy by setting the hair.

There are twist sets, bantu knot sets, and braid sets. With twist sets, you'd twist the hair (by doing flat twists, two-strand flat twists, or individual two-strand twists) while wet and let it dry. Once dry, remove the twists and fingerstyle.

With bantu-knot sets you set the hair in bantu-knots instead of twists. To make a bantu knot you take a section of hair and twist it and wrap it around the base of the section to form a circular knot. This is hard to describe but there is a Pantene Relaxed and Natural ad with a women wearing knots that you may have seen.

With the braid set, you can use individual braids or cornrows to set the hair. With the braid set and the twist set you may have to secure your ends with a roller so that the ends turn out looking good. If you experiment with these methods, you should find one that works for you.

Do a search on the internet for ';transitioning';, ';transition styles';,';braid sets';, ';twist sets';, ';braid outs';, ';knot outs';, and ';bantu knots';. You should find more info.I am a black woman and I do not know what products that I can use for my hair growing out of the relaxer.?

It all matters on the person.......If u are pretty then it does not matter. If your not the prettiest, I would say Blonde...or Brown. Never go with red unless it is your natural hair color! I have to say that black is not the sexiest hair color! Hope that helped! What is the sexiest hair color from a guy's perspective for a woman, black, brown, blonde, or red? I naturall?
i like black or brown on a girl. but blonde is a close second. redheads i dont date.
Different hair colours suit different girls andf different men like different types

I like blonde girls, but there are some well hot women with dark hair and they would look terrible if they dyed it blonde.
To me as a guy I think I'm the type interested in the whole package. What is she like? Individual parts tell me nothing about her.
I don't think any one haircolor is really sexy.

I do lean toward dark hair guys but only because they're most common.

I guess red is sexy cause it's the most uncommon.
Well i am not a guy, but im pretty sure they like blondes. I am not sure why because i personally, like brunette hair better. maybe that is just cause that is my hair color. idk.
it really depends on the guy.
    Natural is best!
I love dark hair. Especially black.
    blonde
if i had to choose either pure brown or a brown tinted blonde but i feel that the style of the hair is more attractive

I'm a black young woman, what hair style would be best for me to wear on the beach?

I want to take pictures as well. Thanks!I'm a black young woman, what hair style would be best for me to wear on the beach?
Well, I've realized that my young black friend has had her hair is very bouncy, fierce curls, and may I say it looks very good. It also depends your hair length. If it's long, go with very straight or in a bun. If short I suggest you hit the fierce curls. Just add some moose and VIOLA. Hope you enjoy the beach.I'm a black young woman, what hair style would be best for me to wear on the beach?
Cut it short neck length or put it in a pony tail %26amp; show off your neck :).

    Don't forget the sun screen.
So am I...I like to wear a nice bun, but this depends on the length of your hair. A bun looks nice and keeps your hair up away from water and off your neck on a hot summer beach day. Enjoy the beach!

What do texturizer really do for a black woman with long~straight hair?

i have long straight hair that can be curled on if i use a curling iron.

i had a relaxer about 2 months ago and was thinking of trying a texturizer for curls(if that what it does) if it wont do any further damage to my hair.

if a texturizer doesnt make ur hair curly then what does besides a curling iron, braids, spray, etc no offense but im not a white girl those things dont work well for me ONCE AGAIN NO OFFENSe!!!What do texturizer really do for a black woman with long~straight hair?
A texturizer won't do your hair any good, its only a relaxer left on less time just to make overly curly hair more manageable without being totally straight. And in your case, its too late for that being as though you've already had a relaxer. Only thing I can suggest is getting braid sets, roller sets or rod sets...good luck

Will a wig or hair styler be good for a black woman like me?

Note: I鈥檓 asking this question again because I didn鈥檛 get the answers I wanted first time. Please, I need some good suggestions.

Since I don鈥檛 have a job yet, I鈥檓 getting tired of paying for a perm. Plus, I don鈥檛 like or want to start back using the original straightening comb either. Therefore, I鈥檓 thinking about getting a nice wig, would that suit me? I鈥檓 also interested in those hair stylers that I鈥檝e seen on TV (btw, they do sell them at walmart), do they work on nappy hair %26amp; which styler would be best for me?Will a wig or hair styler be good for a black woman like me?
Wigs are fine, just go to your nearest beauty supply store to try some on. You could also get weave, micros, individuals, kinky twists, etc. Will a wig or hair styler be good for a black woman like me?
Try using those hair straightners with the porcelain plates. Your hair won't stay straight in the rain or damp weather though.

Other than that, stay natural and accept your hair as it is.
Be as you are. You are beautiful in the sight of the Lord.

Do younger men find black woman with natural hair attractive? question for guys in late teens, early 20s?

ive read forums for black women with natural hair who say they attract older guys and ones with a certain maturity level because they understand what it means for a black woman to not want to conform to society's idea of beauty and want to look the way god intended them to; and those men aren't shallow people.Do younger men find black woman with natural hair attractive? question for guys in late teens, early 20s?
i always like all women who choose what beauty is and not believe what the media calls beautyDo younger men find black woman with natural hair attractive? question for guys in late teens, early 20s?
Im 45 years old and have dated sistahs all my life, even when I was younger I liked a natural look,[cleopatra jones] But most black women these days go with a weave or relaxing their hair with that dam poison. My girl either uses a relaxer or wears a weave. I think she and other black women are trying to look white. If thats what I wanted I would go holla at a white girl. But since I love my chic I support her decision to do whatever she wants with her hair.
So a black woman getting her hair relaxed is a rejection of what God wanted, while white girls all over the world getting perms every day isn't?
By ';natural hair'; do you mean unshaven legs and armpits? Absolutely not.
