What are some god hair growth tips for black women?

Please,I really want to do something to make my hair grow better..it's much too short. i want it to get at least to my shoulders by september, is that possible?what could I do to acheive this. Please,don't give me a bunch of ads like take these pill ior use this oil becuase,to be honest,my mom tried using carrot oil to make her hair grow and all of it fell out. So im kind of scared ot take supplements now.What are some god hair growth tips for black women?
I use the entire doo-gro that you can get at sallys for about 5.50 and I use them as directed and I wash my hair and brush my for 30/45 and I massage for my hair for about 10 min a day and I use a satin wrap cover and pillow case and I take gnc vitamins called hair skin and nails and I have had about 2 inches of a month I swear by these products just try these things for month and you will be amazed I will put nothing else in hair if you want my email and I will tell you what I do and I promise that it will work I love these products
