I have really thin hair already, but when i started bleaching it it all started falling out. My hair use to be long and pretty but now its short and brittle...and i didn't even get hair cut, i guess i got a chemical hair cut. anyways, i hate walking around looking like i have a mullet so i was wondering if anyone knew of any hair growth systems for women, maybe a pill, or something like that. I prefer all natural ingredients, i heard that was best. any suggestions on what to do?Hair growth for women with broken damaged hair?
The absolutely best thing you can do is trim off as much of the damage as possible (maybe it's time for a pixie cut?) and eat really well.
Take a multivitamin, and drink lots of water, and lay off the heat (blow-dryer, etc) so that your hair can grow in healthy and strong.
Your hair will grow best when you are healthy. I have NEVER heard of any of those pills or whatever to promote hair growth helping, and a lot of them contain ingredients that are questionable. Additionally, they (like diet pills) are not very strictly regulated.Hair growth for women with broken damaged hair?
try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair
Natural ingredient or not, this is not something you want to mess with! Pills, supplements, miracle drugs that makes promises, only to make you gain weight or other symptoms elsewhere, when you're trying to grow hair. Many of those products are NOT FDA APPROVE, they don't have manpower to investigate them all, unless someone complain of being very very sick, then they get banned. It's a billion dollar business and many of them are fraud. It's not natural, since scientist add other ingredients there that you %26amp; I don't know about or can't read to keep them fresh.
As you've experience, what it has done to your thin hair - damaged and hair loss because of another man made product called bleach. Anything you do to your hair is damaging because they are chemicals.
So many reasons why you have hair loss:
Supplements, hair dyes, perming, straightening, medications, and too much of everything. Add to that the 7,000 + toxics found in your home, plus pollution found outdoors.
Your body is crying for help. The only solution is to trim your hair often, and let new hair growth begins. Start eating healthy foods, also found in the pyramid food groups.gov
Be a trendsetter, not a follower.
DYK the hair industry is a billion dollar business? Their job is to make promises, say anything so we could buy buy buy and for them to sell sell sell so they can build another mansion in a secluded island somewhere and to buy Lamborghini for their collection?
It's called marketing. Even the cheapest shampoo does its job, to clean the pollution. You don't even need conditioner, unless you live in a hard water area (lucky me), if your hair is permed, dyed, straightened. The majority of hair problems here are from girls in their 30s, asking how to care for their damaged hair, what product to make their hair grow, why their hair falls out, and why their shampoo or conditioner don't work. And they're giving advice here?
I can recommend you a great vitamin that my dermatologists recommended me called ELON Matrix 5,000. It includes the 3 key components (5000 mcg biotin, 100mg silica %26amp; 50mg l-cysteine) for building keratin which is the main ingredient of your hair. They also have a great line of hair care products that can help to repair the damaged hair while the vitamins help to grow out healthier, thicker, hair. I never had great hair, but since I've been using this product my hair has been growing thicker and stronger, better than it ever had before. I would recommend this to anyone having hair problems.
Also if you look at their hair care products try the ELON Moisture Therapy Collection. The Pre-wash repairs the damage, I saw a difference in just the second time I used it.The Shampoo and Conditioner are moisturizing and they are sulfate free and color safe. The Replenishing Masque is a super deep conditioner and finally the Finishing Shine is similar to Biosilk, it helps to prevent frizzing and gives the hair an all over healthy shine.
I really hopes this works as well for you as it had for me. GOOD LUCK!!
try any good repair mask, never shower without applying it afterwards, get the John freda root awakening system, it is really good for ur case, shampoo conditioner and mask, dont change shampoos or conditioners, stick to one coz that is very bad on hair, say away from heat devices and take Biotin Vitamins, rub castor oil on ur roots 1 hour b4 shower, never brush wet hair, if u will be very gentle on hair if u start now u might be willing to grow beautiful long hair very fast.
not cutting it is the main thing u gotta do , trim it like three time a year, tht will be enuf 4 curly hair. always always use a good deeep repair mask for half an hour with a cap and a hot towel over it, instead of the average ten minutes .. never brush ur hair while wet, curly hair needs alot of conditioning, buy a leave in conditioner from fructis- long and strong - apply an amount of a peanut on ut tips everyday, never wash ur hair everyday - every 3 days is just perfect for culrs to grow but maintain clean.
heat devices prevent hair growth also, so u gotta go naturally culry for a couple of months, u can blowdry like twice a month but since u want hair growth gotta lay off it 4 a while.
buy Biotin vitamins - specialized in hair growth and strangth.
rub castor oil 1 hour b4 shower into ur roots and cover up ur head with a good plastic cap then a goos wool cap over it.. to create xtra heat .
sleep ina ponytail, if ur hair is loose during sleep it breaks out, so when it grows from 1 end it breaks at the other, so u never nitice any growth difference. use anti breakage shampoos like John freda line or Loreal elvive anti breakage line
dont comb ur hair too much - curly hair should be combed alot less than straight, ur hair can break out alot during combing so stay away frm that and also do not play with ur fingers in ur hair - this will cause grease and also bad breakage over time.
i use a shampoo called F.A.S.T. it is canadian specially for hair growth enhancement there is also Mane n Tail horse shampoo makes ur hair very healthy when used 2 or 3 times a week
u need repair masks, full of moisturizers inside, u need a good serum - elvive anti breakage or anti frizz serum is the best there is. apply on dry hair for shine and a supply of protein for ur hair.
eat protein!!! hair is all about how much protein comes into ur body.
dont trim hair alot- it doesnt make it grow only makes it healthier and curly hair grows slowly
hairs are made up of protein
