Hair growth for a black woman??

Wanted to know what's the normal rate for a black woman's hair of growth...I shaved my head in November(7 months ago) since then it grew 3 inches.Is it normal??In your opinion does it grow fast or slow?Hair growth for a black woman??

it depends on the person...not all black women grow at the same rate. I never understood why people consider black women all the same
