those ';hair growht'; treatments don't really work. the average person's hair grow's 1/2 inch a month. Mine grows an inch a month, so it can differ for some people The only thing that you can do is wash it every week and make sure every time that you wash it you use a leave in conditioner. i deep condition every two weeks. And i trim my ends every two months when i get a perm. its also good to use ALL natural products. I use jane carter solution which is pretty good. its expensive but is worth it. And i spritz my hair with water every day at night, a little it helps add moisture. ANd please STAY AWAY from Doo Gro has mineral oil as its main ingredient. mineral oil is BAD for African American hair. its a no no it will only breeak your hair further..
