How to lay down frizzy hair line edges for black women?

okay my hair is permed but everytime i apply some dooky gel or some jam, my hair edges get back frizzy. like an hour later, do you no of anything else i can put on my hair edges to keep it down, i use a scarf to it still doesnt work. i even sometimes use a flat iron then some gel. so what can i do. thanks in advanceHow to lay down frizzy hair line edges for black women?
