The best curling iron that doesn't burn ur hair(ceramic) and fast?

I want to curl my hair with a curler..but i've searched and searched either and used either the problem it was to small took 10mins to get one strand done. And i have curly hair and its puffy. So would i have to straighten first then curl it? because it never works when its puffy.Atleast the ones i used and returned! didnt! chi is the best straightening one but every1 seems to think all it does it str8en but it curls too b/c the outside part gets hots so u just rap it around (you would have to get the skinny kind tho) i do this everyday %26amp; my haair isnt burnt so yay chi!The best curling iron that doesn't burn ur hair(ceramic) and fast?
well the moisterising curlers costs usually about 100 bucks i got one it curls and straightens
