It is called deep brillance and you can get it at any sally beauty supply or other beauty supply store. You would not need a liscense to go there. It is for ethnic hair and works well. We use it in my shop all the time.Where can I get a great hair conditioner for black women with dry, frizzy hair.?
There are so many salons now that specialize in ethnic hair. I would go to them or to a Sally's beauty supply store. They would both have knowledgeable staff to help you find the perfect product. Good luck it really shouldn't be that difficult.
There are plenty of hair products for women of color.
