In my opinion, i think people should keep their natural hair colours but maybe put in highlights to give it more structure. So, my thoughts: Not really.

here is something you should think about before you go and bleach out your hair black hair is so hard to get blond. it has a lot of red piggment to it there are stages that the hair has to go threw before you get to blonde
your hair will become very dry and frizzy. and your hair will not look very good. sorry to say it will look like straw. if i was you i would you something like maybe a medium blonde with something that has a little red to it. so it will not look fried. hope that works for you.
NO WAY!!!!! im asian and i personally think that it'll look stupid for a black or asian person to have blond hair. they should either have darkish brown hair or black hair. but blond???? hell no.
