On someone who is fair skinned, it can look mysterious or gothic depending on how they are dressed.
On someone who is tan skinned, it looks exotic to me.What does black hair symbolize for you on a woman? what does it evoke?
I think it's really nice if it's very shiny (not greasy eww).. it also can be mysterious in a way, especially on someone who is pale-skinned for some reason since it contrasts.
i don't know. but i bloody love black hair :)) x
