What do texturizer really do for a black woman with long~straight hair?

i have long straight hair that can be curled on if i use a curling iron.


i had a relaxer about 2 months ago and was thinking of trying a texturizer for curls(if that what it does) if it wont do any further damage to my hair.


if a texturizer doesnt make ur hair curly then what does besides a curling iron, braids, spray,etc no offense but im not a white girl those things dont work well for me ONCE AGAIN NO OFFENSe!!!What do texturizer really do for a black woman with long~straight hair?
A texturizer won't do your hair any good, its only a relaxer left on less time just to make overly curly hair more manageable without being totally straight. And in your case, its too late for that being as though you've already had a relaxer. Only thing I can suggest is getting braid sets, roller sets or rod sets...good luck
