ANY GOOD TREATMENTS OUT THERE FOR BLACK WOMEN'S HAIR?
I have black hair and I recently went natural! It was an exciting change.





I use organic plant-based shampoo and conditioner that I get at a health food store. I've seen a lot of improvement with just these two products--they're better than the Keracare I got from my salon! My hair is shinier and no longer dry and brittle.





Another thing I do occasionally is my own hot oil treatment that I adapted from one I found in a black hair book: warm up some extra virgin olive oil on the stove. Let it cool. Put it on your hair and cover with a plastic cap and a warm, damp towel for about five minutes. Then wash your hair as usual. This always leaves my hair nice and soft.
