I'm at a point where I've decided that my hair will not dictate my health. I am tired of wearing braids and it is not feasible for me to go natural right now. What are some styles that can be worn during exercise? I really do not like putting heat in my hair, either. I need to be able to exercise 4-5 days a week but still look professional in the mornings.Question for Black women- Hair care %26amp; exercise!!!?
thats a toughie...... you could try a ponytail and a sweat band or just use a blow dryer its not as bad as a flat iron or curling iron any style that will keep the hair off your neck and fourhead will keep it from from getting sweaty and kinking..... i hope this helps good luckQuestion for Black women- Hair care %26amp; exercise!!!?
Well braids and locks and not an option and if you don't like applying heat maybe you should try a weave. If you sweat a lot you would have to wash it often though.
