Hm, I don't know a Website, but when you go to the store (for example, rite-aid, cvs, etc.) you should be able to find boxed-dyes with pictures that match your description. I've noticed several African-american specific hair bleach kits at almost every beauty supply store, and my friend says that if you go to a salon, they often have books/magazines containing only that light style on dark-skinned women, so you can see different shades and tones. I'd advise you check any of these out, along with a Google images search. (:
