Is Pantene ProV Relaxed and Natural good for black women's hair?

I use the conditioner more than the shampoo, it helps somewhat I guess. Along with the daily mouisturizer cream. Its just okay. I have yet to find something that i can actually keep my hair looking salon perfect.Is Pantene ProV Relaxed and Natural good for black women's hair?
Patene ProV Relaxed and Natural hair care line is great for African American women. The shampoo contains sulfates. I believe that it is better for women with relaxed hair or if they thermally treat their hair.
